He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Sharp; his siblings, Robert Sharp Jr., Lois Phillips and Lynn Jones; and his parents, Robert Sharp and Amy Sharp.
He is survived by: his children, Steven D. O'Bannon of Bremen, James T. Sharp (Katie) of Graham and Dana S. Wheatley (Joseph) of Bremen; his grandchildren, Meagan Lindsay, Casey Lane (Richard), Cameron Sharp, Valen Sharp and Brendyn Sharp; his sisters, Ramona Hill (Darrell) of Belton and Vicki Hobbs of Marion; and his sister-in-law Jan Sharp.
