She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Milligan and Della Milligan; and her siblings, Ike Milligan, Ruby Tomblinson and Cora Mathern.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Alexander (Jerry); her grandchildren, Darla Jill Alexander, Amy Spurlin (Bart) and Kelli Barbee (Scott); her great grandchildren, Whitney, Alec, Ethan, Amelia, Maddi and Nate; and her brothers, Charles Milligan (Louise), Jimmy Milligan (Nancy) and E. C. Milligan (Dottie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
