He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Wilson of Central City; his children, Charles Mencer, Sr. (Mary) of Marietta, GA, Annia Harvey (Ron) of Evansville, IN, Faye Cockrell (Bob) of Chagrin Falls, OH, Leonard Mencer (Tammy) of St. Petersburg, FL, Sunnie Anita O'Keffe (Steve) of Seminole, FL, Teresa Hempen (Ralph) of Owensboro, Nellie DeArmond of Vine Grove, Robin Talley (Larry) of Evansville and Catherine Mencer of Evansville; his sister Freida Vaught of Jacksonville, FL; and his stepchildren, Sheila Wilson of Evansville, Anthony Wilson of Newburgh, IN and Michelle Murry of Evansville. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
