She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Tooley and Martha Tooley; and her siblings-in-law, Roy and Millicent McDowell. She is survived by : her husband Ronnie McDowell; her son Kevin McDowell (Kristie); her grandchildren, Bret McDowell (Lauren), David McDowell (Lauren), Joshua McDowell (Hannah Burch), Madeline, Mollie, Derek, Lucas and Greyson; and her siblings, Edith Stirsman (Jackie) and Robert Tooley (Sue). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
