She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Terry Johnson; her parents, Oscar Blaine and Delia Blaine; her son Timothy Wayne Johnson; and her daughter-in-law Jan Johnson.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Synaca Norman (Jason) of Charlotte, NC; her brother Richard Arnold (Helen); and her caregiver Tammy Basham.
