She was predeceased by: her husband Carlos Ray Goff; her parents, William Bastin and Mary Bastin; and her siblings, Clark Bastin, Wanda Braner and Mary Lou Kimmel.

She is survived by: her daughter Janet Stith of Shepherdsville; her grandson Brandon Morris, MD of Shepherdsville; her siblings, Sammie York, Dorothy Steward and Leon Bastin (Connie); and her brother-in-law W. D. Kimmel.
