He is survived by: his wife Loretta Avery Everett; his children, Lisa Kirkman (Clint) of Elkton and Will Everett (Kathryn) of Central City; his grandchildren, Jasmine Yates (Trace), Walton Kirkman, Kate Payton (Josh) and Jody Vincent; his great grandchildren, Everett Yates, Royce Beasley and Holden Payton; and his sister Janiffer Metheny (Ronnie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
