She was predeceased by : her husband Jerry Fields; her son Kevin Fields; her parents, Shelby Wilson and Ann Wilson; and her siblings, Becky Harper, Connie Williams and Raymond Wilson.
She is survived by : her children, Lorie Fields, David Fields (Ashley) and Ricky Fields (Angela); and her siblings, Patty Rainwater, Pam Forsythe and Shelby Wilson. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, Four Step-grandchildren, Eleven Great-grandchildren, Six step great-grandchildren.
