It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Rekar Hamm of Central City, Kentucky, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Hamm, Sr.; her parents, Anton Joseph and Jeanette Rekar; and her brother Robert Rekar. She is survived by: her children, Everett Hamm, Jr., James Hamm, Loretta Tongate, Carol Turner and Catherine Dennis; her stepdaughter Dorothy Jean Gray; and her brother Anthony. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
