She is survived by : her daughters, Michelle Sparks (Steve) and Melanie Culbertson (Tracy); her grandchildren, Patrick Sparks (Mariana), Chelsea Culbertson, Tori Bowers, Cameron Culbertson and Canyon Culbertson; her great grandchildren, Addie Sparks, Harlee Williams, Emma Sparks, Ivan Sparks, Payton Bowers, Patrick Sparks and Locryn Culbertson; her sisters, Fran Phillips (Ronnie) and Donna Oglesby (Gene); and her siblings-in-law, Charles Uzzle (Barbara) and Anne Chaney (Terry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
