He is survived by: his children, Brittany Daniel (Tim Diaz), Nayana Chumley and Delbert Glenn "Tre" Chumley III; his grandchildren, Brilee Daniel, McKinlee Daniel and Jaylee Daniel; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Chumley. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
