He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Durham and Mamie Nell Wynne-Durham; and his father-in-law Richard Noffsinger. He is survived by: his wife Terri Durham; his sisters, Jennie Shaver (Doug) of Owensboro and Jo Nell Stewart (Gene Ray) of Central City; his mother-in-law Judi Noffsinger; his brother Brent Noffsinger (Stephanie); his nephews, Chris Shaver (Stephanie) of Owensboro, Jacob Noffsinger (Hollie) and Mason Noffsinger (Kaylea); his niece Dr. Kimberly Shain of Murfreesboro; his great-nephews, Hunter Shaver (Haley) of Murfreesboro and Jack Shain of Murfreesboro; his great-niece Hadley Shaver (Libby Faith Noffsinger) of Lexington, KY; and also Banks Shaver.
