She is survived by: her husband Irvin Welborn; her daughters, Jennifer Welborn and Krystal Johnson; her grandchildren, Connor Woodard and Olivia Snodgrass; and her siblings, Barbara Swank, Deborah Daugherty and Donnie Swank.
