He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lear and Beatrice Jewell Lear; and his brother Mike Lear. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Lear (Sonja) of Dunmor, Ralph Jason Lear and Lindsay Phelps (Jeremy) of Bremen; his brothers, Ronnie Lear (Debra) of Central City and Charles Lear (Connie) of Central City; and his grandchildren, Emma Rose Underwood (Clayton), Chandler Phelps, Oliver Phelps and Cooper Phelps. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
