She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Seaver and Lovina Seaver; and her son Joseph Noffsinger. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wininger; her sons, Tim Noffsinger (Tammy) of Beech Creek and Andy Noffsinger (Jamie) of Greenville; her stepchildren, Carol Wininger, Kim Spurlin (Gaylan) and Keith Wininger; and her grandchildren, Jenoah, Jazziah, Dakota, Tyler and Randy. She is also survived by several siblings, nieces, and nephews.
