It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Joe Withrow of Central City, Kentucky, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Withrow and Foster Withrow; and his brothers, John Withrow and J. V. Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rowans Withrow of Central City; his daughter Kelly Maeser (Robert) of Caneyville; his grandsons, Jeremy Jones (Brittany), James Brandon Jones, Brandon Alan Maeser (Lauren) and Matthew Alan Maeser (Candice); and his nephews, Michael Withrow (Shirley) and Patrick Withrow. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Family and friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
