He was predeceased by: his wife Patty Ann Tunstill Gregory; his parents, Virgil Gregory and Marie Gregory; and his siblings, Terry, Larry, Freddy, Eva and Virginia.

He is survived by: his son Brian Gregory (Tonya); his grandson Derek Gregory (Jaime); and his sisters, Carolyn Griffin and Brenda Gregory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
