She is survived by: her grandchild Church; her daughters, Regina Whitmer (Jimmy), Vicki Antle (Rickey) and Karen Herold (Danny); her grandchildren, Tiffany Antle (Steve), Samantha Binkley (Josh), Chris McGee (Jenna), Christy Caudill (Joey) and Jason Whitmer (Tara); her great grandchildren, Josh Caudill (Olivia), Nick Caudill, Ashton Caudill, Rossi Whitmer, Paige Binkley and Kaci Binkley; and her siblings, Donnie Smith (Helen), Barry Smith (Rita), Lois Jones (Bill) and Sue Capps (Tony).
