He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Adcock and Lucille Adcock; and his siblings, Lonnie Adcock, Shelby Gene Adcock and Wanda Jane Haire.

He is survived by: his son Kenny Adcock of Central City; and his sister Beverly Adcock of Central City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
