He is survived by: his children, Kenneth McIntyre of Hartford, Pam Lewis (Tim) of Centertown, Lisa Patton (Wendell) of Hartford, Kristie Minton (Kevin) of Beaver Dam and Mary Ashford of Hartford; his grandchildren, Rebecca Ketchem (Tony), Jonathan McIntyre (Amber), Marshall McIntyre (Jennifer), Cheyenne Roarke (Cameron), Isaiah Minton, Chloe Ashford, William Ashford and Kris Creteau (Greg); his great grandchildren, Zach, Keirsten, Kennedi, Nathan, Blake, Brantley, Hudson, Ryan and Tyler; his great great grandchild Emmie Kate; and his siblings, Eugene McIntyre (Barbara) of Drakesboro, Danny McIntyre (Pat) of Ridgeville, Conrad McIntyre (Connie) of Owensboro, Bobby McIntyre (Sherry) of Owensboro and Athelene Farris (Hillard) of Echols.
