He is survived by: his wife Clarice Kuykendall Everly; his sons, Mark Everly (Rhonda) and Jeff Everly (Jeana); his grandchildren, Derek, Sawyer, Carley and Kristyn; his great grandchildren, Ian, Liam, Saige, Jon-Luke and Oakland; and his sister Wanda Hayden.
