She is survived by: her husband Charles "Bubby" Hines of Centertown; her children, Christa Mattingly (Matt) of Owensboro, Shannon Hines of Owensboro, Joel Hines of Seattle and Jordan Hines (Erin Ruhl) of Lexington; her siblings, Anthony Taylor (Laura) of Owensboro, Iva Jean Embry (Jan) of Athens, Cheryl Shrewsbury (Jonny) of Beaver Dam and Lawana Nauman of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Logan Kuegel, Jenna Kuegel, Gracelyn Hines and Otis Hines; and her pet Boo.
