He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Wells and Shirley Shoemaker of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mae Wells of Centertown; his daughter Misty Westerfield (Tim) of Utica; his grandchildren, Rylan Westerfield and Houston Westerfield; and his sisters, Lynn Anthoney (Jerry) of St. Louis, Sherrie Simms (Robert) of St. Peters and Maria Lynn of Bloomfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
