He is survived by: his wife Edna J. Garner; his sons, Billy Garner (Kelly), Tim Garner (Kristie) and Brandon Garner (Melanie); and his siblings, Lonnie Garner (Janet), Roger Garner, Pam Costello, Rosie Kewon and Joyce. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
