She is survived by: her children, Kurt DeWayne Maddox of Chander, Arizona and Melody Via of Shepardsville, Kentucky; her grandchild Kim Maddox; her great grandchildren, Elle Maddox West, Brianne West and Bradly West; her siblings, Beverly Richardson, Gaynell Allen, Janice Clinard, Phyllis Baize, Ruth Bullock, Donna Porter, Linda Warren and Leonard Ford; and her siblings-in-law, Vale Rhea Maddox and Kenny Maddox.
