He was predeceased by: his son Samuel T. (Aline Bourland Webster). He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Smith Webster; his children, Christina Tunks (Russ) and William Earl Webster, Jr. (Amanda); his grandchildren, Kayla Bluthardt (Mary), Brandon Tunks, Christopher Webster, Jared Sanchez-Tunks (Dulce), Savannah Webster, Gideon Webster, Nikolai Webster and Theodore Webster; and his great grandchild Garrett Bluthardt.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
