He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hornback and Bertha Richardson Hornback; and his siblings, Vernon, Albert Hornback, Lucille Jaggers, Kathleen Wilson, Evelyn Hornback and Christine Hornback.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Harold (Michelle) of Glasgow and Johnathan Ray (Mozella) of Bonnieville; and his sister Daisy Matthews of Hardyville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
