With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Carl Cook of Center, Kentucky, who passed away on April 17, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Urey Cook and Ruby Elizabeth Blevins Cook; and his wife Margie Perkins Cook. He is survived by: his cousins, Tom Blevins of Green County and Dean Blevins of Green County. He is also survived by other cousins, other relatives and friends.

He had the largest collection of dragon flies in the world that he donated to the University of Florida.
