We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2024, at the age of 85, Wendelene Sandfer of Cecilia, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Wendelene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Wendelene farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Zula; her husband Leslie Howard Sandfer; her daughters, Beverly Peters and Cindy Middleton; and her grandson Gregory Gene Meredith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Elaine Meredith (Buddy) of Cecilia, KY, Pam Goins (Delbert) of Elizabethtown, KY, Rebecca Martin (Darrell) of Vine Grove, KY and Linda Gray (Joey) of Big Clifty, KY. She is also survived by one sister and four brothers, 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
