He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Smallwood and Pauline Bennett Smallwood. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smallwood of Cecilia; his children, Troy Smallwood (Nannette) of Cecilia, Laura Redmond (Jarrett) of Elizabethtown and Carla Kuhn (Dean) of Elizabethtown; and his brothers, Gary Smallwood (Dorothy) of Custer and Ricky Smallwood (Judy) of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
