He was predeceased by: his wife Cinda Love Meredith; and his parents, James Martin and Bertie Reams Meredith. He is survived by: his children, Keith Meredith (Bonnie) of Cecilia, Tony Meredith (Rhonda) of Cecilia and Kathy Montgomery (Jerry) of Hodgenville; and his brother Kenneth Merideth (Vera) of Columbus, Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
