He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis William and Mary Ellen Masterson Devers; and his siblings, Lois Jean Richardson, Dorothy Howell, Elizabeth Jane Harris, Eugenia Anderson, Shirley Ann Devers, Martha Kimberlin, Maria Goretti Devers, William Paul, Donnie, Dennis Jr. and Douglas McArthur Devers.
He is survived by: his children, Joanna Williams (Walter) of Bowling Green, Joseph W. Devers, Jr. (Beth) of Bee Spring, Lawrence Robert "Larry" Devers (Becky) of Glascow, William Scott Devers (Jennifer) of Bee Spring and Jason Todd Devers (Jacqueline). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
