He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland "Cleve" and Nora Lee Warden Logsdon; his wife Mary McCubbins Logsdon; his daughter Minnie Summitt; his siblings, Walter Logsdon, Irene Browning, Chester Logsdon, Allen Cothern, Leslie Earl Logsdon, Louise Graham and James "Jimmy" Logsdon; and his half-brother Virgil Jackson.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Paul Summitt; his grandchildren, Missy Hatfield and Joey Summitt (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Bridgett, Ashley, Lianna, Ilena, Landon and Liam; his great great grandchildren, Xavier, Kaden and Kora; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Alice Logsdon, Norma Dishon, Wanda Couch, Mary Heavrin, Charles Cothern (Wayne) and Randall Logsdon.
