He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Curtsinger and Hallie Curtsinger; his sister Mary Lou Barrow; and his significant other Christine Wingfield. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Curtsinger (Linda), June Blocker and Jim Curtsinger (Jill Houghton); his grandchildren, Justin Curtsinger, Brooke Childress, Amber Clark, Lindsey Blocker and Lauren Blocker; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Braydon, Kinley, Peyton and Emory; and his close friend Debi (Teddy).
