He was predeceased by: his parents, S. K. Morris and Docia M. Morris; and his siblings, Walter Morris and Lucille Lenz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lutherine Morris (Starks); his daughters, Patricia Mattingly of Nevada and Cheryl Drowns of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Alexandria Mattingly, Zane Mattingly of Nevada, Malisa Reed (Scott) of Cecilia and Ernie Drowns Jr. of Ohio; and his cousin Margaret Carr of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
