He is survived by: his wife Peggy Elane Singleton Meadows; his daughters, Elaine Wallace, Crystal Cathell, Anita Daughterly, Marica Hanner, Amanda Rafferty and Kimberly Meadows; and his siblings, James, Carl, Wayne, Kenneth and Eula Mae. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
