He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Howard and May Howard. He is survived by: his son Justin Elliott (Cassandra) of Elizabethtown; and his siblings, Wilber, Jesse, Arnold, Raymond, Russell, Kenny, Mark, Matthew, Ray, Michael, Paula, Loretta, Alice and April.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manakee Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (2098 Leitchfield Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
