He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Ray and Mary Howard Latham. He is survived by: his wife Gera Helpenstine Latham of Cecilia; his sons, Barry D. Bickett of Owensboro, James Aaron Latham of Owensboro, Tyler Latham of Owensboro and Ethan Thurman of Cecilia; his siblings, Donnie Latham (Jennifer) of Louisville, Tony Maxberry of Owensboro and Lisa Maxberry (Jessica) of Owensboro; and his mother-in-law Marietta Helphenstine. He is also survived by eight Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
