She is survived by: her husband Wendell Middleton; her children, Bill Middleton, Greg Middleton, Wendell Middleton Jr. (Joyce), Wayne Middleton, Ramona Mills (Rick) and Jennifer Allen (Chris); her siblings, Richard Middleton, Matthew Middleton, Bette Cornett, Nancy Curry and Helen Middleton; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn Farmer. She is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
