He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his daughter Alice Phillips of Cawood; and his siblings, Marion, Elvin, Noble and Thelma Lucas.
He is survived by: his children, Alben Ima, Wife Ima of Harlan, Richard Lynn, Wife Helen of Cawood, Rita Swanson, Husband Frank of Gulston, Caroline Grubbs of Cawood, Elisa Miracle, Husband Kelly of Tazewell, Tina Brock, Husband Rocky of Cumberland Gap, Mary Ann Noe and Husband Edmond of Cawood; and his grandchildren, April Ackerman (Husband Tim), Wanda Geran (Ryan), Winston Stewart, Franklin Swanson (Wife Jennifer), Jason Swanson (Wife Miranda), James Grubbs (Wife Crystal), Lisa Grubbs, Joe Farmer (Wife Tiria), Dustin Farmer (Wife Sasha), Meghan Brock, Kimber Campbell (Husband Casper), Dalissa Noe, Josh Stewart (Companion Vanessa) and Drew Brewer.
