He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Golden and Sarah Miracle Golden; his son Harley Cheek; his grandson Doyle Randall Baker; and his brothers, Charles and John Cheek.
He is survived by: his wife Retha Gibson Cheek; his children, Arthur Cheek of Cawood, Marvin Cheek (Debbie) of Cawood and Betty Baker (Doyle) of Cawood; his grandchildren, Lois Ann Hall (Brandon), Tiffany Campbell (Dillion), Jessica Teague (Jonathan), Jacob Baker (Allie), Johnron Baker, Joshua Cheek and Emily Cheek; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Gracie Hall, Jacie, Kolt Campbell, Morgan Baker, Arianna and Elaina Witt.
