She is survived by: her sons, Robert Perkins of Holmes Mill and George Perkins (Vanessa) of Cawood; and her siblings, Barbara Witt (Alton) of Holmes Mill, Mary Helen Vanover (Mitchell) of Alabama and Bill Baldwin (Cookie) of Cumberland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
