She was predeceased by: her husband Orbin "Duck" Haynes Jr.; and her parents, Sylvan Napier and Mamie Napier. She is survived by: her children, Don Haynes (Kim), Jamie Haynes, Debbie Clem (Ron) of Cawood, KY, Diana Skidmore of Cawood, KY, Lisa Cook (Gene) of Cawood, KY and April Haynes (Mike Majority) of Sumter, SC; her sisters, Esther "Kaye" Locke of Hillsville and Virginia "Gin" Sasser of Corbin; her grandchildren, Brad Clem (Mary), Brent Clem (Valorie), Matthew Skidmore (Destiny), Natasha Skidmore, Brooke Smith (Kevin), Megan Rapier (Drew), Cody Haynes, Haley Overbay (Dalton), Allison Cook, Miranda Cook and Robin Majority; and her caregiver Tracy Estes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
