She was predeceased by: her father Dan Fields; and her siblings, Green Bailey, Charlie Ben, Jeanette Looney and Vera Arvin.
She is survived by: her mother Delta Mitchell Fields; her husband Ronnie Stringer; her son Chris Stringer (Janice); her granddaughter Christa Stringer of Cawood; her brother Clarence Fields of Haymarket, VA; her niece Vanessa Dickenson of Beavercreek, OH; and her nephew Gus Arvin of Shelbyville, TN.
