With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Middleton of Cawood, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ray Hensley and Dorothy Rhea Scott Hensley; her son Ryan Middleton; and her siblings, Daniel Lee Hensley and Donna Kay Daniel.
She is survived by: her husband Wendell Middleton of Cawood; her children, Justin Bradley Hensley (Janae) of Springfield, IL and Whitney Rhea Niday (Chase) of Wallins; her grandchildren, Ashton Tyler Hensley, Jacob Ryan Hensley, Josiah Gabriel Hensley, Connor Ryan Niday, Nolan Chase Niday, Laurel Kate Niday, Anderson Rose Niday and Alaina Rhea Niday; her sisters, Tammy Stapleton (Cousy) of Richmond, KY and Sheila Bruce (David) of Bobs Creek; and her brother-in-law Doug Daniel of Bobs Creek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions suggested to be made St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in remembrance of her son, Ryan Middleton.
