He was predeceased by: his wife Alicia; his father Johnny; his brother Jacob; his cousin Shawn Smith; and his grandparents, Willie, Bert Jordan, Bethel Stewart and Arnold.

He is survived by: his daughter Kami Turner; his mother Marilyn Stewart Turner; and his siblings, Lora Beth King (Wes), Jonathan Turner (Lindsey), Joseph Turner (Rebekah) and Lacey Gillam (Phil). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
