He is survived by: his wife Robin Blair of Cawood; his children, Jamie, Amanda Blair of Calvin, KY, Chris Blair and Johnny Helton of Cranks, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley (Joey Grubbs), Chasity (Wayne Engle), Sharessa (Tyler Hardy) and Miranda Blair; his great grandchildren, EJ, Olivia, Anistyn, Kendriana, Hadlee and Easton; and his close friends, Tim Stewart, Ed Irvin, Johnny Helton, DJ Brock, Maynard Shipman and James Holcomb.
