He was predeceased by: his parents, Oatis Robbins and Opal Smith Robbins; his children, Karen Crystal Robbins and Rodney Robbins; and his siblings, Otis Robbins, Jr., Debbie Mays, Lorene Welch and Doreen Mason.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Rolfes Robbins; his children, Billy "BJ" Robbins, Jr. of Cawood, Donna Jo Collins of Cawood and Angel B. Robbins of Cawood; his siblings, Carolyn Perry (Roger) and Richard Robbins (Phyllis); his granddaughters, Alyssa Collins and Kylie Collins; his great grandchildren, Josie Metcalfe and Wesley Nathan Metcalfe; and his close friends, Ken Noe, George Grubbs, Howard Griffith and Paul Swanson.
