He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Phipps and Narcie-Frances Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Martha Rogers Phipps; his children, Brad Phipps (Laura) of Greenville and Misti England (Anthony Cherry) of Mt. Herman; his grandchildren, Kaleb England, Katy Phipps, McKenzie England and Emma Phipps; and his sister Wanda Blankenship. He is also survived by twin great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Patton Funeral Home - Cave City (9315 Happy Valley Rd, Cave City, KY 42127). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
