Washington and Keith Johnson of Lebanon, TN; his grandchildren, Lacey Boggs, Brittany Boggs and Lynsy Walker; his close friend Betty Burch of Cave City; his siblings, Mark Johnson (Theresa) of Pell City, AL and Judy Poynter (Dennis) of Cave City; and his nephew Shawn Poynter (Dale). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
